Returns and Cancellations

May I return digital and/or physical merchandise for a refund?

For Physical Merchandise: Yes. We will only accept returns or issue refunds for unopened merchandise that you ordered directly from WordBotic & Beyond’s online store process. Returns must be made within 7 days of your purchase. If you purchased your merchandise from another dealer or retailer, you must return the merchandise to that location according to its business policies.

For Digital Merchandise: No, our payment processor (Amazon) does not allow it according to their buyer’s policy when it comes to digital merchandise. Therefore, we will not accept returns or issue refunds for opened/unopened downloadable software merchandise, or web-based software merchandise. This is, also, to avoid abuse of the intellectual property developed by the individuals and/or companies who make them. If you realize after you opened the software that you purchased the wrong merchandise, we will not accept a return or issue refunds. Please be sure the merchandise you purchase is exactly what you need and want. If you need to ask pre-sale questions before purchase, then please do so.

What should I do if I mistakenly ordered merchandise?

If you send us an email within one (1) hour of the mistake, then we will process a refund in the order in which it is received so long as you have not opened or registered the merchandise in any way. If you wait longer than one (1) hour to report the mistake, then you agree that it was an intentional transaction and no refund will be issued.

What should I do if the merchandise I receive is not what I expected?

The merchandise pages are well detailed with images and videos. If you still have questions, please ask any all questions you have before making a purchase. The refund policy is strict and enforced.

What are delivery times for digital orders?

As of October 29, 2017, delivery time for all new digital orders from this day forward is currently within 24 hours if your purchase was before 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Monday through Friday. Otherwise, the next business day during business hours. Holidays and weekends off, unless otherwise stated. This takes effect immediately on all new orders.

As of January 31, 2017, delivery time for all new digital orders from this day forward is currently 24 to 48 hours if your purchase was before 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Monday through Friday. Otherwise, it could take a little longer, if your purchase was made after 5 p.m. CST. Holidays and weekends off, unless otherwise stated. This takes effect immediately on all new orders.

The previous delivery schedule (January 30, 2017 and older) was within 24 hours, if your purchase was before 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Monday through Friday. Otherwise, the next business day before 5 p.m. CST (applies to holidays, too).

How are digital orders delivered?

For added security, access details for the digital merchandise in your order will be sent only to the email address you provide on your order processed through Amazon. No exceptions.
